This recently renovated, 16th floor, Oceanfront unit, offers 1200 square feet of ocean front living. It has been updated with granite look countertops, new appliances, new cabinets, and a tile backsplash. The kitchen is open to the front room and has been opened to allow you to watch the waves while washing dishes and cooking. The master bedroom also has a beautiful beach front slider, with an ample size balcony that is continuous from the master bedroom to the living room.
This condo building has an oceanfront pool and private beach access. Many of the residents in this condo building utilize the units as their primary or vacation homes - with very few rentals. This stretch of beautiful aqua beach allows for driving and parking. The building is perfectly located in the heart of beachside Ormond, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
