You may qualify for this type of loan by showing deposits into your bank account (business or personal). Tax returns and W-2's are not required.
1099 Only Loan
This Non-QM loan is the perfect option for those who's compensation is in the form of commission or are paid an independent contractor and receive an IRS 1099 at year end. Qualification is based on the last two years of form 1099. Tax returns and bank statements are not required. This loan also does not require mortgage insurance.
Asset Qualifier Loan
This loan is a good option for those with substantial assets but without consistent, documented income. Loan qualification is based solely on liquid assets or assets that may be liquidated without restriction. Employment and income documentation are not required.
