At Simplicity Mortgage, we are in the loop of all the happenings in the mortgage world.  The mortgage industry is complex and has a lot of options and variations, some that change frequently based on a variety of factors.  We enjoy being able to help educate and inform our borrowers and followers.

We use our platform to share about the loan process, what to expect, things to do and things not to do.  We share about our role as a mortgage broker and how this differs from a bank.   There are many loan options and types, each with specific guideline and rules - some many people may not know about.  We like to highlight these along with the benefits and what is needed to qualify.   Another topic we post about is changes - annual or randomly implemented during the year.   Some of these factors update on an annual basis, such as maximum loan amounts, others are effected by upcoming legislation or political climate.  Nobody can predict all of the implications, but we like to make our borrowers aware of things that may have an impact on the mortgage world.

Finally, we really love sharing our borrowers success stories.  Whether its an excellent deal, a great rate, closing in record time, purchasing a home despite a low credit score or minimal cash on hand - we love helping people meet their homeownership goals.
